Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Service Support
- Oversee and review installations to ensure compliance with EPAS product standards, technical guidelines, and UK industry regulations.
- Conduct site visits to assess installation quality and provide technical recommendations.
- Troubleshoot installation or operational issues and provide on-site or remote support.
Training & Customer Engagement
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on installation, servicing, and maintenance for technicians, contractors, and customers.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer queries regarding technical aspects of EPAS products.
- Assess customer satisfaction with installations and provide feedback for service improvements.
Technical & Compliance Oversight
- Maintain detailed documentation of service visits, installation reviews, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with industry health and safety regulations during all installation and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the team to identify potential design or operational improvements.
- Support customers in optimising product placement and design for maximum efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Experience in technical support, field service, or installation within a related industry.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation or operational challenges.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and explain technical concepts to various audiences.
- A clean full UK driving licence (as travel to customer sites may be required).
Desirable:
- AutoCAD experience for reviewing and planning installation layouts or technical drawings.
- Familiarity with UK wastewater and drainage industry standards.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
