As we expand further across Europe and international territories, we are seeking an Italian Sales Manager to support and develop the regional sales growth, through the development of a distributor network,
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
· Attend international trade exhibitions on behalf of EPAS Ltd, particularly in European markets, and actively engage with attendees to generate qualified leads.
· Develop and manage distributor relationships across assigned European regions.
· Generate leads via cold call/email to introduce company products/services and schedule meetings.
· Prepare and deliver persuasive tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of potential customers and partners.
· Negotiate and close sales deals to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales targets.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, market conditions, key industry and regional trends for company growth and differentiation.
· Stay informed on European market conditions and regulatory developments relevant to our products.
Customer & Distributor Support
· Provide technical information, product support, and follow-up to customers and distributors.
· Support new European distributors with training and onboarding in coordination with the Head Office team.
· Maintain regular contact with customers and partners to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
Reporting & Coordination
· Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the management team.
· Maintain records of leads and distributors etc using Customer Relationship Management(CRM) tools.
· Submit detailed post-exhibition reports, including feedback and regional sales opportunities.
· Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies, promotional materials, campaigns to drive sales and ensure consistent messaging and support.
· Participate in regular sales meetings, products training sessions, and professional development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Key Requirements:
· Experience within the HORECA And commercial design sectors.
· Proven track record of success in sales and distributor management, preferably in Commercial kitchens.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional approach.
· Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-led environment.
· Willingness to travel regularly across assigned European territories.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· Fluent in both English and Italian (additional languages an advantage).
Desirable:
· Familiarity with drainage, waste, or plumbing-related products and industry.
· Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
