Sales Manager Ireland – Environment Products and Services Ltd
Location: Ireland (Hybrid Role with some days of the week in Newry office)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent – Monday to Friday (Full-time role)
Salary: €40,000.00 per annum (plus commission and incentives) on target earnings of €100,000+ per month

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development
- Develop and manage distributor relationships around Ireland, building long-term relationships and ensuring repeat business.
- Generate leads via cold call/email to introduce company products/services and schedule meetings.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of potential customers and partners.
- Negotiate and close sales to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, market conditions, key industry and regional trends for company growth and differentiation.
- Stay informed on market conditions and regulatory developments relevant to our products.
Key Requirements:
- Experience within the commercial design sectors.
- Proven track record of success in sales and distributor management, preferably in Commercial kitchens.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional approach.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-led environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly around Ireland.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, including Salesforce.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Desirable: Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
