Job Description:

Customer Service / After Sales Support – Environment Products and Services Ltd

Location: Newry, Northern Ireland (Office-based)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent – Monday to Friday (Full-time role)

Salary: £30,000.00 per annum

Customer Service & After Sales Support:

  • Coordinate installation, maintenance, and service activities with internal teams and customers, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of queries.
  • Maintain accurate service records, customer logs, and follow-up actions.
  • Assess customer satisfaction and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.

Administration, Technical Support & Planning:

  • Organise and prioritise customer service workflows and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Plan and coordinate field visits, technical support sessions, and training activities.
  • Provide basic technical guidance and troubleshooting support for EPAS products.
  • Ensure installations and services comply with company standards and UK industry regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, after sales support, or technical support.
  • Strong administrative and planning skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM or service management systems desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A clean full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Familiarity with UK wastewater, drainage, or environmental compliance standards.
