Customer Service / After Sales Support – Environment Products and Services Ltd
Location: Newry, Northern Ireland (Office-based)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent – Monday to Friday (Full-time role)
Salary: £30,000.00 per annum

Customer Service & After Sales Support:
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, and service activities with internal teams and customers, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of queries.
- Maintain accurate service records, customer logs, and follow-up actions.
- Assess customer satisfaction and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
Administration, Technical Support & Planning:
- Organise and prioritise customer service workflows and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan and coordinate field visits, technical support sessions, and training activities.
- Provide basic technical guidance and troubleshooting support for EPAS products.
- Ensure installations and services comply with company standards and UK industry regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, after sales support, or technical support.
- Strong administrative and planning skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM or service management systems desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A clean full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Familiarity with UK wastewater, drainage, or environmental compliance standards.
