The performance of our globally certified and multi award winning GreaseShield products is further enhanced as we detect in real time, effluent temperature, using waste thermal energy to remove saturated fats. Our sensor array monitors emulsified FOGs, plus water effluent levels. We also monitor dissolved oxygen levels to combat anaerobic conditions developing by a build-up of food waste internally in the GreaseShield unit. Problems such as the GreaseShield units being disconnected from the electrical supply or other malfunctions will be automatically notified enabling us to be very proactive in resolving issues for our clients. These integrated products & services will allow us to additionally monitor used cooking oil storage tanks and food waste storage units enabling a reduction in carbon footprint and indeed achieving carbon offset by optimizing the collection and processing of these wastes into biodiesel achieving a 93% reduction in CO2 emissions and either a feedstock for the production of biogas or converted into an organic fertilizer. Communication is via the Internet supplemented by LoRaWAN a low-power, wide-area networking protocol allowing communication to underground applications, e.g. underground GreaseCeptors and basement locations.
