Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science
  • 5+ years experience in IT management
  • Pro- active approach with a can do hands on approach

Objectives of this Role
Implement training in:

  • Sage 200
  • CRM systems,
  • Stock Management Control - WASP
  • Procurement

Job Summary - Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop software to improve our CRM systems
  • Manage Contracted out software development projects
  • Assist sales and marketing activities
  • Develop bespoke KPI reporting systems with sales and marketing to analyse and improve the performance of the Field Service Engineers
  • Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
  • Analyse the needs of the business, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions
  • Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
  • Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Company’s ISO 27001 2013 Certification

MARKETING MANAGER (Newry or Stockport)

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5 years experience
  • Excellent social media skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of analytics
  • Proven ability to plan and manage national and international marketing campaigns and grow the Company’s national and export sales turnover.

The Role

  • Develop a marketing plan with budgets for the company
  • Manage all day to day marketing
  • Develop the social media presence of the company including domains, twitter, Facebook etc.
  • Develop marketing strategies both nationally and internationally
  • Analyse marketing and sales data and analytics to develop insights and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate events, meetings and trade shows
  • Travel to marketing events in the UK, Europe and USA to support our sales teams and host incoming visits.

SALES MANAGER (Newry or Stockport)

We have an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join an already successful brand leading sales team with a 30% increase year on year in sales forecast.
Recently reorganized Sales management means we need people who can work without supervision but will have all the support you require. Basically a can do attitude is a must and energy to fulfill your ambitions as a sales achiever.

We are a 21year old company who manufactures in the UK and are experts in our field. We build partnerships with our many distributors to achieve sales growth and satisfied customers alike who return to our products time and time again.

As a Sales Manager your main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering against the monthly, quarterly and yearly business budgets whilst managing new business gross profit and revenue pipeline development.
  • Supporting our distributor network with frequent contact and updates on new product developments.
  • Seeking out new business and finding the right partners to ensure growth with revenue and profit.
  • Attending Trade shows to support the awareness of our brand and products around the UK and Ireland.
    Accurate forecasting Vs Budget reporting.
  • The ability to communicate and pass technical details and benefits of our product in a clear and concise manner to our customers

The Successful Sales manager will be able to demonstrate;

  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • 5 years proven B2B Sales (catering background desirable but not essential)
  • Extensive new business experience
  • Computer literate
  • Strong presentation skills.
