Job Summary - Responsibilities and Duties

  • An accountant with experience in the SME Sector.
  • Proficient in Sage Accounting Line 50, managing all financial aspects with the assistance of a small accounts team, delivering financial reports and monitoring of KPIs in a timely manner.
  • Preparation of financial projections, business plans and the Company’s annual financial statements in compliance with FRS 102.

Qualifications and Skills

  • ACA or CIMA qualifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Highly developed numerical, literate and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to go hands on in respect of account preparations and train staff.
  • Manage the entire accounting function in the company and its subsidiaries.

Accounts Technician

Job Summary - Responsibilities and Duties

  • Credit Control
  • Processing direct debits
  • Processing and paying invoices
  • Recording receipts and payments
  • Preparing and checking ledger balances

Qualifications and Skills

  • IT literate and numerate
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of and experienced in Sage 50 Accounts
  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent level to include English and Maths
  • Good MS Office skills, with a working knowledge of Excel

Customer Service Support

Job Summary - Responsibilities and Duties

  • Interface with the Company’s Customers and Clients
  • Assist the Company’s Customer Service team
  • Be responsible for installation and maintenance services including scheduling of field personnel
  • Customer satisfaction surveys/KPIs.
  • Promote maintenance contracts

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience of enterprise CRM systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Be both literate and numerate and be familiar with Microsoft Office

Electronic Design Engineer

Job Summary - Responsibilities and Duties

  • Working closely with our R&D centre in Stockport, your duties will include:

    • PCB layouts and prototype development

Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidates will be required to submit a portfolio of previous work
  • The ideal candidate will be experienced in at least one or more of the following software packages - Circuit Studio, IAR Workbench, Altium, Gerber

HR Manager (Part-Time)

Job Summary - Responsibilities and Duties

  • HR Manager – A part-time position is available to the right candidate to take responsibility for all aspects of the Company’s HR requirements.

    • Ensure compliance with HR Legislation in NI and in the UK
    • Oversee HR requirements in the Company’s overseas subsidiaries.
    • The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruitment, selection and monitoring KPIs and undertake staff appraisals at specified intervals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous Experience Essential
  • CIPD or similar qualification
  • IT Skills
