Job Summary - Responsibilities and Duties

  • Building relationships with Specifiers, including Architects and Water Utilities.
  • Development of relationships with existing and new Distributors.
  • Contribute to continuing sales growth of > 30% per annum.
  • Travelling nationally and internationally to support staff and Distributors.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Determination to succeed and hungry for success.
  • CRM, IT and / or linguistic skills would be advantageous.


Design Engineer - Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical (N. Ireland)

We need committed, talented, and motivated people to join our team.

Job Summary - Responsibilities and Duties

  • Working closely with our R&D centre in Stockport, your duties will include:-
  • Production of 3D models and technical drawings to ISO128.
  • Preparing maintenance and production manuals.
  • Lead projects through from conception to completion / commercial reality.
  •  Liaise with other departments/offices to co-ordinate on projects and product development.
  • Have the ability to work and collaborate as part of a team

Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidates will be required to submit a portfolio of previous work..
  • Good working knowledge of engineering design principles, material properties & applications.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in at least one of the following software packages: Solid Works, Auto CAD, Circuit Studio, IAR Workbench, Altium

  • Gerber experience
  • Knowledge and experience of manufacturing processes and engineering methods.
  • Good numeracy and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • A positive attitude & good communication skills.


Field Service Engineers

Ireland - Portlaoise, Dublin & Cork

UK - (Scotland/North West /North East), (Midlands/ East Anglia/Wales), (South West/South), (South East) & London

  • Responsible for the provision of installation and maintenance services to customers through the effective management of service contracts and installation of the company’s products, thereby contributing to the achievement of the company’s business strategy.
  • Provision of day to day service installation and maintenance operations in accordance with customer specifications and maintain job sheets for accurately recording costs.
  • Meet regularly with customers to provide product training, service information and ensure any technical problems are addressed.
  • Provide a timely response to customer concerns, assess the nature of problems and develop and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure compliance throughout all projects with relevant building regulations, Company policies and procedures, health and safety legislation, environmental policies and general duty of care.
  • Proactively contribute to the establishment of superior customer service and quality standards throughout the company and actively monitor implementation and maintenance of these standards.
  • Plumbing Skills or Electrical Skills
  • Clean Driving License
