TRIPLE SUCCES - EPAS are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
Environmental Products and Services lTD., has recently achieved certification of its integrated Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Management Systems. The certification, demonstrates compliance with three international standards: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
Tim Branagh, on behalf of Moody International, the UKAS certifying agency and Quadra Consulting, said, ‘We wish to congratulate Environmental Products and Services on their recent certification. They join an elite number of companies across the province who have been certified with all three standards. EPAS WINS THE ‘INNOVATION IN INDUSTRY’ AWARD AT THE GREATER NEWRY AREA BUSINESS AWARDS, JUNE 2010
EPAS were awarded the ‘Innovation in Industry’ award by Northern Bank at the Greater Newry Area Business Awards. EPAS LAUNCHES THE NEW GREASESHIELD ECO RANGE
- The GS Eco Range has multi functions including solids removal and recirculation.
- Pre Filter simply filters out solids and allows dewatering of solids by gravitational means.
- The Pre Filter also incorporates recirculation of grey effluent for self cleaning, to conserve water and to back flush filters internally.
- The Eco Range combines the pre filter with the GS AST, Wok and RoCom models.
- Pre Filter- optional stainless steel or polypropylene.
- Protects drains from solids such as coffee grinds, strings, vegetable , starch etc.

DESIGNED FOR SUCCESS
Environmental Products and Services Ltd has scooped a Food Industry Oscar.
The Newry-based company won the Best Equipment/Product Award at SHOP, Ireland’s premier retail food and drink event.
They faced tough opposition from the industry’s leading players in the retail, convenience food, forecourts, independent and franchised stores but came out on top.
The Best Equipment/Product award was given to the GreaseShield Defender product for its innovative technology, appearance, function, overall package and value for money. It incorporates the award winning GreaseShield and FilterShield providing complete solutions in dewatering and removing solids and automatically removing fats, oils and grease in compliance with effluent discharge license requirements.
The award follows hot on the heels of the company winning the Best Catering Equipment award at Hospitality Expo and an Eco Innovation award at Environord, France.
