Accountant (N. Ireland)

Accountant with experience of Sage Accounting Line 50 capable of generating management accounts and reporting to the M.D. The appointed candidate will be capable of preparing the Company’s annual financial statements in compliance with FRS 102.

  • Responsible for applying accepted accounting principles and procedures to analyse financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures
  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualifications

Sales Manager (N. Ireland)

Capable of generating reports, monitoring KPIs and reporting regularly to the M.D. Successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a strong record of achievements and be prepared to travel to support staff and Distributors in markets outside the UK.  

Marketing Manager (N. Ireland)

Responsible for the company’s domains, ensuring user friendliness, and achieving SEO by means of content web design, organic positioning and digital advertising. The successful applicant will have the ability to correctly spell and grammatically script, videos and content for social media and demonstrate a portfolio of previous work.  Successful applicant will preferentially have a sound working knowledge of Dream Weaver, HTML 5 and CSS 3, Access and SQL.  

HR Manager (N. Ireland)

A part-time position is available to the right candidate to take responsibility of the Company’s HR requirements including compliance with HR Legislation in NI and in the UK and to oversee HR requirements in the Company’s overseas subsidiaries. The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruitment, selection and monitoring KPIs and undertake staff appraisals at specified intervals.

Customer Accounts Manager (N. Ireland)

Accounts Managers (2 x off) are required to interface with the Company’s Customers, Clients and in partnership with the Company’s Customer Service team be responsible for scheduling of field personnel, ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction.  Successful applicant s will preferentially have experience of enterprise CRM systems, excellent telephone manner and be both literate and numerate.  Positions are available in the UK and ROI (based at the Company’s Head office).

  • CRM Software Experience required
  • Sage Accounts desirable

Sales Staff (UK & Ireland)

Sales Staff are required to build and maintain strong positive client relationships and teamwork.

Field Service Engineers (UK & Ireland)

Responsible for the provision of installation and maintenance services to customers through the effective management of service contracts and installation of the company’s products, thereby contributing to the achievement of the company’s business strategy.

  • Provision of day to day service installation and maintenance operations in accordance with customer specifications and maintain job sheets for accurately recording costs.
  • Meet regularly with customers to provide product training, service information and ensure any technical problems are addressed.
  • Provide a timely response to customer concerns, assess the nature of problems and develop and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure compliance throughout all projects with relevant building regulations, Company policies and procedures, health and safety legislation, environmental policies and general duty of care.
  • Proactively contribute to the establishment of superior customer service and quality standards throughout the company and actively monitor implementation and maintenance of these standards.
  • Plumbing Skills or Electrical Skills
  • Clean Driving License

Production Assembly (N. Ireland)

Reporting to the Production Supervisor and liaising with other departments, be part of an award-winning team engaged in innovation from concept through prototyping to manufacturing and commercial reality with the objective of achieving product leadership in each country the company operates within.

  • To assemble and carry out tasks on the production line for GreaseShield product range, Integrated Work Stations, Filter Shields etc.
  • Reconditioning units.
  • Stock Control - To ensure that all parts and components are carefully recorded on internal databases
  • Quality Control- testing components and products, ensuring zero defects.
  • Packaging- Packing units before delivery.
  • Responsible for preparing orders and deliveries in and out.
  • Assist with exhibitions i.e. loading vans, building exhibition stands etc.
  • Operating the CNC Router machine
  • Operation of the Injection Moulding Machine
  • Semi-skilled
  • Good work attitude
  • Able to work within a team
  • Good communication skills and excellent time keeping
  • Clean Driving Licence

I.T. Support Executive (N. Ireland)

We want good people to assist and take responsibility for:-

  • Development and improvement of multiple Internal Applications
  • Ensuring a full, vibrant and interesting social media presence and ensure that the company domains are mobile friendly, being updated frequently.
  • Be responsible for development of the company’s E commerce activities.
  • Develop and maintain a Market Intelligence function liasing with the S&M department and the company’s IP and legal advisors. 
  • In conjunction with the company’s Engineering team, commercially implement telemetry and innovative IOT products.
  • 3rd Level Education in I.T
  • Experience with Azure, SQL, Network Infrastructure, Exchange, CRM and Development software languages.

Plumbers (UK & Ireland)

  • Plumbing Qualifications.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service.
  • Relevant Plumbing Certificates and plumbing experience
  • Excellent interpersonal people skills
  • Clean Driving Licence Essential
